WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

 We currently ship within Ireland, EU Member States, and the United Kingdom.

Orders delivered outside Ireland may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by region.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Pop-Up Collections does not have control over these charges and cannot advise on specific amounts.

Customs processing may, on occasion, result in delivery delays.

All transactions are processed in Euro (€), as the studio is based in lreland. Additional bank or currency conversion fees are determined by your financial provider.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery, provided items are unused and undamaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECE?

Each piece is handmade using carefully selected textiles. To preserve the fabric's structure and finish gentle care is recommended:

• Reshape lightly after wear

. Wash at 30°C or below

• Hand washing is preferred

• Do not bleach or use stain removers

• Avoid twisting or harsh squeezing

• Dry flat on a horizontal surface

Proper care supports the longevity of the fabric and helps maintain its intended form.
