SHIPPING METHODS: Orders will be dispatched via An Post.

DELIVERY TIME: Within 3-6 additional business days. Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.
RETURNS
We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. On the other hand, inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.
If you have any concern with your items, please contact us at info@pop-up-collections.com with your order number and a photo of the product to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid “lost package” situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return.
We have a 15-days Return Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged.
EXCHANGES
We do not conduct exchanges.
DEFECTS
